PreK - 12 Assistant Principal

The Assistant Principal provides energetic, positive leadership and direction, rooted in Gospel values, to Loyola Catholic School. The assistant principal works with the principal in the management of the school, faculty, staff, and students with particular emphasis on curriculum, instruction and student life. Loyola educates students to be critical thinkers, moral decision-makers and contributors to our Catholic church and world.

The successful candidate will:

·         Be an active Catholic with strong spiritual leadership skills

·         Have a history of collaborative leadership and partnership

·         Be a creative thinker who encourages like-minds in a school setting

·         Be dedicated to spiritual and professional growth of both staff and self

·         Have experience with guiding staff through a variety of continuing professional development and instructional growth strategies

·         Have experience with Marzano research and STREAM education

·         Demonstrate professional experience which capitalizes on the ability of education technology to impact student learning

·         Have a history of utilizing data to impact student learning

·         Possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills

A successful candidate will possess a Master’s degree in school administration or equivalent. Catholic school experience is desirable.
