The Diocese of Winona-Rochester is currently accepting resumes for opportunities at our Pastoral Center in Winona, MN.  These positions will be based out of Rochester, MN once construction of a new Pastoral Center is completed in June of 2024. Candidates should be practicing Roman Catholics who are effective communicators, collaborative, adaptable to change and effective at interfacing with a diverse group of internal and external customers.   Positions and hiring specifications are as follows:

Responsible for coordination of Adult Faith Formation and Institute of Lay Formation.  Bachelor's Degree required in Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies, Theology, Religious Education, or related field, or commensurate ministry experience and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Led by Bishop Robert E. Barron, the Diocese of Winona-Rochester serves the 20 southernmost counties of the State of Minnesota – bordered by the Mississippi River to the east and South Dakota to the west. The Diocese is home to 99 parishes, four high schools, 30 elementary schools and the Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary on the campus of St. Mary’s University in Winona.
